EU Right of Withdrawal

If you live in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason. The law gives you 14 days from the moment your order is delivered. At Junior Palace we extend that period to 60 days, because we would rather you take the time to see whether a toy really suits your child than rush a decision.

Withdrawing is simple: fill in the form below with your name, email address and order number, tell us which item or items it concerns, and confirm. Your withdrawal is legally effective the moment your message reaches us, you do not have to wait until the item is back with us, and you do not have to explain yourself.

What happens after you submit

We confirm your withdrawal by email, usually within 12 hours, together with the return address and instructions. From the day you notify us you have 14 days to send the item back; we recommend a tracked shipping method so you have proof of postage. Once we have received and checked the item, the purchase amount is refunded within 7 business days to the payment method you originally used. We never charge restocking or handling fees.

Good to know

Please return the item unused and complete, where possible in its original packaging with all accessories included. You are of course welcome to open the box and try the toy the way you would in a physical shop — you are only responsible for any loss in value caused by handling that goes further than that.

The cost of the return shipment is yours, unless the item arrived damaged, is defective, or is not what you ordered. In those cases we cover the return and send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You can also withdraw from part of your order: simply list the items you wish to return and the rest of your order stays as it is.

A small number of items are excluded by law, such as products made to your specification or personalised for you, sealed goods that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene once the seal is broken, and gift cards. Everything else in our range can be returned.
