This party hat is cut in a cone-shaped silhouette with a pointed tip. A yarn pompom is attached at the top, and ribbon ties allow the hat to be fastened under the chin. The front can be decorated with a personalized name or text applique, including number or "happy birthday" lettering options. It is suited for birthday celebrations and similar festive occasions.
