This website, https://juniorpalace.com/ (the "Site"), is provided to you subject to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Throughout the Site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of this Site, Junior Palace. By accessing the Site, browsing, or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced by hyperlink. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Site or its services.
1. Online store terms
By using this Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you permit a minor to use the Site, you are responsible for providing appropriate consent and supervision as required by law.
You agree not to transmit any viruses, worms, malware or other harmful or destructive code.
Any violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Site or services.
2. General conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any lawful reason.
You acknowledge that content you submit (excluding payment information) may be transmitted across various networks and modified to meet technical requirements. Payment information is protected using industry-standard encryption.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Site or Service without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
Section headings are included for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
3. Accuracy of information
The information on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that any content is accurate, complete or current. Any reliance on the Site's content is at your own risk.
The Site may contain historical information that is not current and is provided solely for reference. We may update or modify content at any time without obligation to do so.
4. Modifications to the service and prices
Prices, promotions and availability of products may change without notice, to the extent permitted by law.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Site or any part of the Service at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any such changes.
5. Products
Products are offered exclusively online through the Site and may be available in limited quantities. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Personalised products are subject to the additional terms in section 6.
We strive to display product images and colours accurately, but cannot guarantee that your device will display them accurately.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, change product descriptions or pricing, and discontinue products at any time. Offers are void where prohibited by law.
6. Personalised products
Some products can be personalised with a name or other text ("Personalisation"). These products are made to your specifications and are produced after you place your order. By ordering a personalised product, you agree to the following:
- Your text, exactly as entered. We produce the Personalisation exactly as you type it in the personalisation field, including spelling, capital letters, spaces and hyphens. Please check your text carefully before placing your order, for example for children with two first names or a double-barrelled name.
- Your responsibility. You are responsible for the correctness of the Personalisation you enter. We do not check or correct spelling. If the product is made as you entered it, it is not considered faulty.
- Character limit. Each personalised product has a maximum number of characters, shown at the personalisation field on the product page. Emoji and some special characters cannot be embroidered or engraved. If your text contains characters we cannot produce, we will contact you before production.
- Changes after ordering. You can change or cancel the Personalisation within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing info@juniorpalace.com with your order number. After that, production may already have started and we cannot guarantee changes.
- Missing Personalisation. If you choose a personalised option but no text reaches us with your order, we will put your order on hold and contact you by email. We will start production once we have received your text.
- Handmade variations. Embroidery and engraving are done by hand or per piece. Small differences in placement, size, letter shape and thread colour compared with the product photos are normal and do not count as a fault.
- Returns. Because personalised products are made to your specifications, they are excluded from the right of withdrawal and from our 60-day return period. This does not affect your legal rights if a product is faulty or if we made an error in the Personalisation. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.
- Content. You may not submit Personalisation that is offensive, unlawful or infringes the rights of others (for example a trademark). We may refuse or cancel such orders and refund you in full.
7. Billing and account information
We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel orders, including those that appear to be placed for resale or distribution, as permitted by law.
If an order is changed or cancelled, we may attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate account and payment information and to promptly update such information as needed.
8. Optional third-party tools
The Site may provide access to third-party tools that are offered "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
Your use of third-party tools is at your own risk and subject to the third party's terms and policies.
9. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites that are not controlled or operated by us. We are not responsible for third-party content, products or services.
You should review third-party policies before engaging in any transactions. Any issues related to third-party products or services must be directed to the third party.
10. User comments and submissions
If you submit feedback, ideas or other materials, you agree that we may use, reproduce, modify, publish and distribute such content without restriction or compensation, to the extent permitted by law.
We may remove content that we determine to be unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene or in violation of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for any content you submit and represent that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Your submission of personal information through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available on the Site.
12. Errors and omissions
The Site may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping or availability. We reserve the right to correct such issues and to cancel or modify orders as permitted by law.
13. Prohibited uses
You may not use the Site or its content for unlawful purposes, to violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual property rights, harass or discriminate against others, submit false information, transmit malware, collect personal data without authorisation, or interfere with Site security.
We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these prohibited uses.
14. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and all products and services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Junior Palace is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, Service or products.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Junior Palace from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or violation of applicable law.
