Shop with peace of mind at Junior Palace
At Junior Palace, everything revolves around a pleasant experience, from the moment you place your order until long after your package has arrived. Is an item not quite what you had in mind? We make returning it clear and fair.
60-day return period
You have 60 days after receiving your order to request a return. This gives you plenty of time to see whether the product meets your expectations. This applies to all products except personalised items (see below).
Conditions for returns
- The product is unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging and accessories are included
- The item is carefully packed for the return shipment
- No restocking fees are charged
Personalised items
Products personalised with a name or other text are made specially for you. Under EU consumer law, goods made to the consumer's specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal. For this reason, personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged because you changed your mind, chose the wrong size or colour, or entered the text incorrectly.
This does not affect your legal rights. If a personalised item arrives damaged or faulty, or the Personalisation does not match the text you entered, we will remake and reship it free of charge. Please email us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue.
The same product ordered without Personalisation ("Without name") is a standard item and has the full 60-day return period. If your order contains both personalised and standard items, the exclusion applies only to the personalised items.
How to start a return
Send an email to info@juniorpalace.com with your order number. For a damaged or faulty item, please add a photo. Our team will quickly assist you with the next steps.
Return shipping costs
The cost of returning a product is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a shipping method with track & trace, so your shipment can always be traced. If an item is faulty or we made an error, we cover the costs.
Exchanging a product
Would you prefer a different item? Exchanges are possible for standard (non-personalised) products. Contact us by email and we will gladly find the best solution with you.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 7 working days. Your bank or payment provider may need a few extra days for the refund to become visible.
