Yes. All orders are shipped free of charge. No additional costs are added at checkout.
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 days. Processing takes place from Monday to Saturday.
Orders placed before 15:00 (GMT+0) are included in the next available shipping cycle whenever possible.
The average transit time is 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. In most cases you receive your order within 4 to 9 business days of placing it. These timeframes are indicative and based on normal circumstances.
Yes. Once your order has been shipped you receive a confirmation email including track and trace information, so you can follow it until it arrives.
Delays can occur through busy periods, weather conditions or logistical factors beyond our control. If that happens we will keep you informed. You can always reach us at info@juniorpalace.com.

Sixty days from delivery, and no restocking fee.
You have 60 days after receiving your order to request a return. That is well beyond the 14 days the law requires.
No. No restocking fees are charged.
The product needs to be unused and in original condition, with all original packaging and accessories included, and carefully packed for the return shipment.
Send an email to info@juniorpalace.com and include your order number. We will then help you with the next steps.
The cost of returning a product is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend a shipping method with track and trace, so your shipment can always be followed.
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, the purchase amount is refunded within 7 working days. Your bank or payment provider may need a few additional days before it becomes visible.
Exchanges are possible. Contact us by email and we will look at the best solution with you.

Email info@juniorpalace.com as soon as you can, with your order number. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you can still send it back under the 60 day return policy.
Email info@juniorpalace.com straight away. A clear photo of the problem and your order number let us sort it in one go instead of three.
