When should I start using a pregnancy pillow?
Whenever sleep starts to feel uncomfortable. Many moms start in the second trimester, when the bump grows and lying on your back gets harder. Others wait until the last weeks. There's no wrong moment.
Will it fit in my bed, next to my partner?
J-shapes and pillows with detachable parts take the least room. A U-shape surrounds you on both sides and needs the most space, so on a narrow bed it gets tight for two. Not sure? Email us your bed size and we'll tell you honestly.
Will it fit my height?
Full-length J- and U-shapes are made to reach from your head to your knees. If you're tall, pick a full-body model and send us your height, and we'll check it for you before you order.
How firm is it, and will it go flat?
Most of our pillows have a soft fibre filling that you can shape around you. Like any fibre pillow it settles a little with use. Shaking it out and fluffing it up now and then keeps it full for longer.
Does it get warm?
A pillow around you always holds some warmth. If you sleep hot, a J-shape or a pillow with detachable parts covers less of you than a U. Cotton covers feel cooler than velvet. You'll find the material in the specifications.
How do I wash it?
Most of our pillows have a removable cover. You'll find the care instructions for this pillow in the specifications above.
Can I keep using it after the birth?
Yes. Many moms keep it for side sleeping, as a back rest when sitting up in bed, or as a support while feeding.
